ChargePoint is an electric vehicle infrastructure company that develops and markets hardware and software solutions for accessing a national network of electric car charging stations. ChargePoint currently operates the world’s largest and most open EV charging network. Chargepoint went public in 2021 through a reverse merger with a special purpose acquisiton company.
