Nate joined the Constellation Technology Ventures in 2022 as an investment principal and is responsible for originating and structuring new investments as well as supporting the growth of the Constellation Technology Ventures (CTV) portfolio.

Nate started his career by founding a startup that specialized in establishing contract manufacturing in China for independent inventors and small businesses before making the pivot to energy and joining Exelon.  Nate has held various roles at Exelon and later Constellation over the ensuing decade, including manager of Exelon’s Technology Business Management Office where he was responsible for tying Exelon’s $1 Billion annual IT spend to its applications, Founder under the company’s internal incubator program where he worked to establish new businesses and business lines, and Enterprise Architect working on Constellation’s digital transformation.

Nate has a BA from University of MD in East Asian Languages, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
